1. Little Things Cabernet Sauvignon A full bodied wine showing flavours of ripe blackcurrants, Black Forest cake and maraschino cherries. Full flavoured in the mouth, the wine lingers with plump ripe cherries and finishes with elegant silky tannins. 2. Little Things Chardonnay A full bodied wine showing flavours of peach, mango, French vanilla and biscotti. Full flavoured in the mouth, the wine lingers with fruit sweetness and enticing acidity. 3. Oxford Landing Shiraz Dark purple in colour with red hues. A lovely nose of fresh plum and subtle vanilla oak with hints of violets and floral aromas. The generous silky palate has blueberry and plum fruit flavours, complemented by soft, supple tannins with hints of milk chocolate and warm spices. Bright fruit flavours linger during the long succulent finish. A lightly spiced ragù or massaman vegetable curry would be a great accompaniment. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. 4. Oxford Landing Merlot Crimson in colour with purple hues. Enticing aromas of milk chocolate, plum and raspberries with subtle cedar and spices. The medium bodied palate starts with vibrant flavours of plums and although tightly structured, the finish is rich and generous with persistent fruit flavours. Soft, velvety tannins are a feature of the supple palate. Roast lamb with rosemary and garlic, or asparagus fettuccine with tomato cream sauce would be a lovely accompaniment. 5. Oxford Landing Sauvignon Blanc Pale straw green in colour. Fresh and zesty aromas of lemon verbena, passionfruit, guava and lemon barley water. The light bodied palate shows layers of fresh lemongrass and papaya. Fine, crunchy acidity helps to focus the taste buds on the finish which is persistent, clean and utterly delicious. Drink with snapper fillets poached in coconut milk broth served on steamed rice with wilted spinach, or a delicious, crunchy Chang’s oriental fried noodle salad.
